“Don’t Play Favorites!” (James 2:1-13)

In a world obsessed with appearances, James confronts the church with a bold command: Don’t play favorites! When we elevate the wealthy and ignore the poor—or vice versa—we forget that at the foot of the cross, all distinctions vanish.
