PREPARING FOR THE LORD’S DAY | As you anticipate our worship gathering on the Lord’s Day, consider praying for our service, reading the text for the sermon, and preparing your heart and mind for worship with the Body of Christ. On Sunday, we’ll be singing Let the Nations Be Glad, All Creatures of Our God & King, and The Sand of Time Are Sinking. This week we are continuing in our expositional series through the gospel of Luke with a message centered on Luke 9:18-50 and we will respond to the preached word by partaking in the Lord’s Supper together.
GREETERS NEEDED | We are looking for faithful servants who would like to open doors, assist seniors, direct families to check in, welcome guest, and be a friendly face to welcome our church on Sunday mornings. If you’re interested and feel that God might be calling you to serve our faith-family, please contact Pastor Josiah.
FAMILY MEETING | We are having a Special Family Meeting right after our morning worship service on August 23rd. The Elders will be presenting proposed revisions to our constitution and bi-laws regarding our membership process that we are asking our members to pray about and vote on the following month.
HOUSE OF PRAYER | Join us on Sunday mornings in the Assembly Hall from 10:00am-10:30am for a time of prayer before our 11:00am worship service. This is a perfect opportunity to pray for our church, our nation, and the world. Our prayer service is a great way to start your Lord’s Day and prepare your hearts for worship.

Select your settings so you get everything in a specific group, just updates, or a daily digest (one email per day with a summary). The mobile app has options for push notifications. Realm is our official location for church announcements so if you want to keep up with what’s happening, Realm is where it’s at.
CHILDREN TAG NUMBER | Parents, when you check your child into children’s ministry, you get two tags. The one with your child’s name goes on your child. The other tag has a unique code that matches the code on your child’s tag. It is extremely important that you safeguard this tag. You will need that tag to have your child released back to you after the service. And if a diaper needs changes or there’s some other reason you are needed, we will post that code on the screen during the service. That’s an important tag!
TEXT GIVING | If you would like to worship through faithful giving and use text messaging to do it, send “RLC” to 73256 for a form you can use from your phone. You will promptly receive a response with instructions and a secure link to follow. The system will send you a secure link to complete your transaction and send you a giving receipt. This will also allow your donation to be tracked in our system so we can provide you with tax info in January.
