PREPARING FOR THE LORD’S DAY | As you anticipate our worship gathering on the Lord’s Day, consider praying for our service, reading the text for the sermon, and preparing your heart and mind for worship with the Body of Christ. On Sunday, we’ll be singing Christ The True And Better, There Is One Gospel, and The Solid Rock. This week we are continuing in our Foundations of the Church series as Pastor Alex delivers a message centered on 2 John 1:1-13 and we will respond to the preached word by taking part of the Lord’s Supper together.
FAMILY MEETING | Our next family meeting is right after our morning worship service on Sunday July 12th. We will be presenting new members, sharing an update on those who are no longer in membership, and other important information for our members.
JOIN THE MUSIC TEAM | The musicians and AV techs leading us in musical worship are a great group, but they’re praying for a few more talented people. If God is calling you to lead our faith-family to worship the Lord through music or AV work, please contact Pastor Alex.
SENIOR LUNCHEON | The next Senior Luncheon is scheduled for Tuesday, July 14th, at 11:30am in the Fellowship Hall. Grab a friend and join us for a time of fellowship and fun. Please RSVP on Realm or sign up in the lobby so we have an accurate count for lunch. See you there.

THEOLOGICAL DISCUSSION NIGHT | Join us for an evening of theological discussion on baptism Friday July 17th from 6:30pm-8:00pm. The Elders will be sharing a presentation on the importance of believer’s baptism and it’s relation to church membership followed by a short Question and Answer time. We will also be highlighting a proposed change to our constitution for our members to review and pray about in order to better align our governing documents with our statement of faith.

FELLOWSHIP LUNCH | Mark your calendars and plan to join us after the worship service on Sunday July 19th, for a fellowship luncheon! The Elders will provide delicious fried chicken, and we’re asking our faith family to help complete the meal by signing up to bring drinks, a side dish or dessert to share. This will be a wonderful opportunity to slow down, share a meal, and enjoy meaningful time connecting with one another. (You might even meet someone new!) Come hungry—and plan to stay awhile! We look forward to spending the afternoon together.
