Announcement of Ministries | 4.26
PREPARING FOR THE LORD’S DAY | As you anticipate our worship gathering on the Lord’s Day, consider praying for our service, reading the text for the sermon, and preparing your heart and mind for worship with the Body of Christ. On Sunday, we’ll be singing Come Thou Fount of Every Blessing, Better Is One Day, and My Heart Is Filled. This week we are continuing our series through the book of Titus as Pastor Alex delivers a message centered on Titus 1:10-16 and we will respond to the preached word by partaking in the Lord’s Supper together.
WE NEED HELP IN THE CHILDREN’S MINISTRY | Here’s a great opportunity to serve and preach the gospel to the next generation of the Church. Please consider volunteering in the Nursery, Pre-K, or Elementary kids’ classes. We also need people to monitor the cameras on an iPad during the service or serve as the Children’s Ministry Assistant. Volunteers serve on a rotation, certainly not every week or as often as you might think. Please contact Pastor Josiah for more info.
SUPPORT A MISSIONARY | This summer we are sending a mission team out to Wisconsin to help one of our partner churches with their Family Bible Week event. If you would like to help sponsor a missionary to go on this trip, you can do so by writing “Mission Support” on your giving envelope or by selecting “Mission Support” from the fund list when giving on-line.
FAMILY MEETING | Our next family meeting is right after our morning worship service on April 26th. We will be sharing a quick financial update, information about our summer mission trips, and other ministry updates concerning the church.
NEW MEMBERS CLASS | Are you interested in becoming a member of Redeeming Life Church? Our New Members Class is a great opportunity to hear about the history of our church, learn about our beliefs & leadership structure, and ask questions in a small group setting. Our next class for those interested in membership is Sunday April 26th at 6:30pm
SERMON PODCAST & LIVE STREAM | In the event that you miss a Sunday sermon because you are serving, feeling sick, or are otherwise unable to be with us for the service all-together, you can always find the live-stream, full-service videos, sermon videos, and audio recordings on our website at www.RedeemingLifeUtah.org. We also live-stream on YouTube at 11 AM.
DINNER IN THE PARK | Grab a blanket or a lawn chair and join us on Sunday May 3rd at 5:00pm. for an evening of fun and fellowship as we enjoy dinner and games together at Bountiful City Park (400 N 200 W). Each person/family is responsible for their own dinner. Swing through your favorite drive thru or fill up that picnic basket and we’ll see you there.
