PREPARING FOR THE LORD’S DAY | As you anticipate our worship gathering on the Lord’s Day, consider praying for our service, reading the text for the sermon, and preparing your heart and mind for worship with the Body of Christ. On Sunday, we’ll be singing Rescuer (Good News), His Mercy Is More, Yet Not I But Through Christ In Me, and The King In All His Beauty. Guest Preacher Pastor Bryan Catherman from Trinity Church will preach a message centered on 1 Samuel 8:1-22 as we continue in our series, “The Search For A King,” and we’ll take the Lord’s Supper together in response.
MISSION TEAM TRAINING | For those going on the Mission Trip to Nebraska in August, we have our first Mission Team Training with Bryan Catherman & Kirk Galster on Sunday June 22nd at 2:30pm in the Fellowship Hall.
LADIES’ CRAFT NIGHT | Join our ladies’ for a craft night in the Fellowship Hall Thursday, July 10th at 6:30pm. Bring a friend and a snack to share and join other ladies in a collective craft and time of fellowship and fun. All ladies 13 and older are welcome. GREETERS NEEDED | We are looking for faithful servants who would like to open doors, assist seniors, direct families to check in, welcome guest, and be a friendly face to welcome our church on Sunday mornings. CSB BIBLE TRANSLATION | While we love many Bible translations at Redeeming Life Church, officially, we preach out of the Christian Standard Bible (CSB) most of the time. It’s not that we think this translation is perfect or the best, but that we settled on a specific translation, so you could bring a Bible and follow along if that’s your preference. We also like both the CSB Study Bible and the ESV Study Bible, although we don’t argue that either are perfect.
