Announcement of Ministries 2/18/24
PREPARING FOR THE LORD’S DAY | As you anticipate our worship gathering on the Lord’s Day, consider praying for our service, reading the text for the sermon, and preparing your heart and mind for worship with the Body of Christ. We’ll be singing His Mercy Is More, And Can It Be, Jesus Thank You, and Send Me Out. We are continuing our sermon series through the book of Acts as Pastor Bryan delivers a message centered on Acts 16:1-40. We will also respond to the preached word by partaking in the Lord’s Supper together.
PIZZA WITH THE PASTORS | Are you new to Redeeming Life Church? Do you have questions? Join Pastor Bryan and Pastor Josiah for lunch, conversation, and story sharing. Our next Pizza with the Pastors is Sunday February 25th, following the Sunday morning service, at the church building. If you’re interested, please let Pastor Bryan or Pastor Josiah know so we can be sure to have lunch for you!
FELLOWSHIP GROUPS | Looking to join a Fellowship Group? We have various small groups that meet throughout the week. Is God calling you to lead a Fellowship Group? Find more info on Realm or talk with Pastor Bryan to learn more.
SECURITY TEAM | Interested in joining the Redeeming Life Security Team? Members of this team serve as parking lot greeters, watch cameras, and welcome those showing up a little late. There are some other tasks that may come up from time to time. If you’re interested, please let Pastor Bryan know.
TEXT GIVING | If you would like to worship through faithful giving and use text messaging to do it, send “RLC” to 73256 for a form you can use from your phone. You will promptly receive a response with instructions and a secure link to follow. The system will send you a secure link to complete your transaction and send you a giving receipt. This will also allow your donation to be tracked in our system so we can provide you with tax info in January.
YOUVERSION BIBLE APP | Do you use the YouVersion Bible App? Did you know Redeeming Life provides and Event with Scriptures and other information so you can follow along with the sermon? SERMON PODCAST & LIVE STREAM | In the event that you miss a Sunday sermon because you are serving, feeling sick, or are otherwise unable to be with us for the service all-together, you can always find the live-stream, full service videos, sermon videos, and audio recordings on our website at www.RedeemingLifeUtah.org. We also live-stream on YouTube at 11 AM.
STRUGGLING? | If you are struggling under the weight of life’s circumstances, sin, or spiritual attack, you don’t have to go through it alone. God’s Church is his family, and we are here to help. If you are struggling, please don’t hesitate to reach out to your Fellowship Group Leader, another Covenant Member, or one of our Pastors. We will pray with you, walk alongside you, set up a time for Pastoral care or formal counseling. You are not alone.
